We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
